Custom Design & Revision Policy

Please provide all wording, photos, colors, placement details, and special requests when placing your order.

• First Preview: Initial custom design draft.
• Second Preview:
  One revision is included free of charge. This revision is intended to correct any details our designer may have missed or to make reasonable adjustments based on your original instructions.

The free revision does not include:

• Additional photos or design elements
• Repeated placement or layout changes
• Completely new concepts
• Major design changes
• Requests that differ significantly from the original instructions

Additional Revisions
Any edits requested after the second preview will require a $5 revision fee per additional preview.

Major design changes, new concepts, additional images, or requests outside the original instructions may require an additional design fee.

• Additional Revisions: $5 per additional preview.
• Major Changes: New photos, new concepts, major layout changes, or requests outside the original instructions may require an additional $10 design fee.
• Customer Cancellation: If the customer cancels after the first preview has been sent, a $15 design fee will be deducted from the refund.
• Seller Cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to excessive changes, incomplete information, inappropriate requests, or requests outside the purchased design scope. If we already sent the first draft, -$10

Please review all spelling, names, colors, photos, and placement carefully. Once approved or sent to production, no further changes or cancellations can be made.

  • Made from high-quality, imported materials to ensure premium quality.

For international customers (outside the USA and Canada), these products will be manufactured and shipped from our Hong Kong facility. Rest assured, our quality remains consistent, regardless of where items are made and shipped.

• Products Crafted and Shipped from China:

  • Shoes, certain types of rugs/floor mats, hoodie blankets (the Snugzie), and cloaks.
  • Each item is carefully crafted and shipped from our Hong Kong facility.

For each product, we provide a detailed description about its origin and materials used, allowing for transparency and informed choices.

Australia, New Zealand, the U.K.: We do fast dispatch to your locations thanks to special shipping lines.

Hong Kong (China) or Hanoi (Vietnam), depending on the product. Rest assured, the quality is identical to our USA-made products.

• Hand wash or machine wash using cold to warm water (maximum 40°C is recommended).
• If machine washing, select a gentle cycle.
• Use only mild detergents (approved for wool/silk).
• Do not tumble dry.
• Avoid mixing with other colors.
• Do not iron

To best preserve the cuddliness and softness of all blankets, towels , Snugzies for as long as possible, we recommend hand washing it in cold water.

CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION:

If you change your mind about your purchase, please sending us an email to support@amorcustomgifts.com and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.

Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 06 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled. 

Please be informed that:

• We are not guaranteed to deliver your order in timely manner if your order needs design modification as it will take us much longer to modify your design in this holiday seasons
• A 5% transaction fee will be deducted for cancellation since we start working on your order within hours after you place an order. 

NOTE: Please keep in mind that purchasing means accepting all the terms mentioned above.
