Shipping & Processing Policy

1. Made-to-Order Products

All of our products are custom-made or made to order. They are not pre-made or ready to ship.

Processing and shipping times vary by product. Please review the estimated processing time and shipping time shown on each product listing before placing your order.

Processing time is the time required to create, personalize, inspect, and prepare your order for shipment.

Shipping time begins after production is completed and the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Processing and shipping estimates are listed in business days and do not include weekends or holidays.

2. Made in the USA Products

The following products are made in the USA:

  • Blankets

  • Chenille rugs

  • Towels

Estimated production time: 4–6 business days
Estimated shipping time: 4–6 business days

Please allow approximately 8–12 business days total for production and standard shipping. Weekends and holidays are not included.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, peak holiday seasons, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control may affect the final delivery date.

3. Made in Hong Kong or Vietnam

The following products may be produced and shipped from our production facilities in Hong Kong or Vietnam:

  • Quilts and quilt bedding sets

  • Comforters

  • Duvet bedding sets

  • Hoodie blankets

  • Backpacks, handbags, and other bags

  • Select products as specified on the individual product listing

Estimated production time: 4–6 business days
Estimated shipping time: 8–12 business days

Please allow approximately 12–18 business days total for production and standard shipping. Weekends and holidays are not included.

Our business is based in the United States; however, not every product is manufactured or shipped from the United States. The production location varies depending on the product, materials, and manufacturing process.
