Please note that colors may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings, lighting, device display differences, and the printing process. Minor color variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Product size may also vary slightly due to cutting, sewing, quilting, or finishing during production. A small size difference of approximately 1–2 inches is considered normal for handmade or made-to-order textile products.

• Production time: 6-9 business days. Order date does not count toward production time. Once it's made, you will receive a tracking number. Please be sure to use your email to receive tracking link.
• Production time may take 1-3 business days longer during holiday seasons ( from November to December ) or if it fails quality check.
• Standard Shipping Time : 8-15 business days. 
• Note that for Expedited Shipping, we do not guarantee the exact delivery date. For Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico, delivery times may vary, and we cannot guarantee the standard delivery window.

Australia, New Zealand, the U.K.: We do fast dispatch to your locations thanks to special shipping lines.

Hong Kong (China) or Hanoi (Vietnam), depending on the product. Rest assured, the quality is identical to our USA-made products.

• Hand wash or machine wash using cold to warm water (maximum 40°C is recommended).
• If machine washing, select a gentle cycle.
• Use only mild detergents (approved for wool/silk).
• Do not tumble dry.
• Avoid mixing with other colors.
• Do not iron

To best preserve the cuddliness and softness of all blankets, towels , Snugzies for as long as possible, we recommend hand washing it in cold water.

CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION:

If you change your mind about your purchase, please sending us an email to support@amorcustomgifts.com and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.

Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 06 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled. 

Please be informed that:

• We are not guaranteed to deliver your order in timely manner if your order needs design modification as it will take us much longer to modify your design in this holiday seasons
• A 5% transaction fee will be deducted for cancellation since we start working on your order within hours after you place an order.
