PinIntel Privacy Policy

PinIntel is operated by Amor Custom Gifts, a brand of Ani Pet LLC (“PinIntel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use PinIntel and connect the service to your Pinterest account.

1. Information We Collect

Information received through Pinterest

When you connect a Pinterest account through Pinterest’s OAuth authorization process, PinIntel may receive information permitted by the access scopes you approve, including:

  • Pinterest account identifiers and basic profile information;

  • Pins, Boards, and related content or metadata;

  • Account permissions and authorization tokens;

  • Information necessary to create, manage, or publish content at your direction.

PinIntel does not request or store your Pinterest password.

Content you provide

We may process product images, brand assets, text, captions, destination links, design preferences, and other content you submit to generate Pin layouts.

Technical and usage information

We may collect device and browser information, IP address, access times, feature usage, error logs, and security-related activity needed to operate and protect the service.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Authenticate and connect your Pinterest account;

  • Generate customized, Pinterest-ready Pin layouts;

  • Allow you to review, edit, download, or publish content where these features are enabled;

  • Access or manage Pins and Boards only when requested by you;

  • Maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve PinIntel;

  • Respond to support requests;

  • Prevent fraud, abuse, spam, or unauthorized access;

  • Comply with applicable laws and platform requirements.

We do not use Pinterest API data for unrelated advertising or sell it to data brokers.

3. Pinterest Data and Authorization

PinIntel accesses Pinterest information only after you authorize the requested permissions through Pinterest OAuth.

We will:

  • Request only the permissions reasonably necessary to provide PinIntel’s features;

  • Use Pinterest data only to provide functionality requested by the authorized user;

  • Not sell, rent, or independently monetize Pinterest account data;

  • Not combine one user’s Pinterest data with another user’s account information;

  • Not request Pinterest passwords, session cookies, or unauthorized credentials;

  • Stop accessing new Pinterest data after authorization is revoked.

You may disconnect PinIntel through the applicable account settings or by contacting us.

Pinterest’s own collection and use of information are governed by the Pinterest Privacy Policy.

4. AI Processing and Service Providers

PinIntel may use artificial intelligence and third-party infrastructure providers to generate layouts, host the application, store content, monitor performance, and provide technical support.

These providers may process information only as necessary to perform services for PinIntel and are not authorized by us to use Pinterest data for their own independent marketing purposes.

Please do not upload sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for creating your content.

5. How We Share Information

We may share information:

  • With hosting, storage, analytics, security, and AI-processing providers supporting PinIntel;

  • With Pinterest when you authorize an action such as creating or publishing content;

  • When required by law, legal process, or a valid government request;

  • To investigate fraud, abuse, security threats, or violations of applicable terms;

  • In connection with a business transfer, merger, acquisition, or sale, subject to appropriate privacy protections.

We do not sell personal information or Pinterest API data.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide PinIntel, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

When you disconnect Pinterest, close your PinIntel account, or submit a valid deletion request, we will delete or de-identify associated information that we are not legally required to retain. Limited copies may remain temporarily in secured backups or fraud-prevention records.

To request deletion of your PinIntel information, contact support@amorcustomgifts.com with the subject line “PinIntel Data Deletion Request.”

7. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to personal information we maintain about you;

  • Request correction or deletion;

  • Object to or restrict certain processing;

  • Withdraw consent;

  • Request a portable copy of eligible information;

  • Appeal certain privacy-request decisions.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

You can revoke PinIntel’s Pinterest authorization through your Pinterest settings. Revoking authorization prevents PinIntel from obtaining new Pinterest account information.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting access to your accounts and devices.

9. Children’s Privacy

PinIntel is intended for businesses and users who are at least 13 years old or the minimum legal age required in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable age requirement.

10. International Data Processing

Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when PinIntel’s features, legal obligations, or data practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
