  • Blankets, Doormats, Metal Signs, Home Flags & Low-Pile Woven Rugs: are printed or made in the USA from imported materials. (Unless otherwise noted in product description ). These products will be shipped from our facilities in Texas, Missouri,North Carolina
  • Night Lights, Wooden Signs, Tree Skirts: are made in Vietnam, and shipped Express globally.

How do I make a personalized item?

Simply browse our collection of products. Choose a design you like and start customizing! After you're done with the customization, click on Preview to see your item in its final state! Then proceed to checkout and your UNIQUE personalized items will be delivered straight to your doorstep!

Some products don't have a Preview feature. Simply put in your customized info/texts/requests in the Personalization Box , Add To Cart and Process to checkout.

Return, Refund & Replacement

How do I return a product?

1./ For Customized/Personalized Products: 

At this time we do not offer Return or Exchange for Customized/Personalized items, we offer FREE REPLACEMENT IF your item is DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED due to our fault, you don't need to return the item and we will resend you a replacement for free.

Due to hygiene reasons and the fact that our products are customized, we do not exchange or issue full refund unless an item you received has a major problem. This is when the item is:

  • Significantly different from the description or sample shown to you;
  • Damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier;
  • Not what you ordered;

Please be noted that with other cases (not mentioned above) we only offer partial refund (excluding shipping fee)

Please allow the 20% difference between advertised images and the actual item you received as sometimes advertised images may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display

To file a claim, please send us an email to support@amorcustomgifts.com  and include the following information (this is a must):

  • Order number
  • Video/ photo of the defective product

      If your claim is in regards to a printing error, please include photographs of the error. 

      If your claim is in regards to a print size or placement issue, please include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photographs of affected garments.

  • Full delivery address
  • Contact telephone number

Our support team will review the photos/videos you send of the defective item and, if your item is eligible, we will resend the product to you for no additional cost to you. In the rare case that sending a replacement product is not practical, we will reimburse you the full cost of the eligible product (including shipping costs).

2./ For NON Customized/Personalized RUGS: 

 Any Non-Personalized RUGS purchased from amorcustomgift.com can be returned for a full refund (minus a 15% processing fee per item) within 30 days of the delivery date.

* At this time, we are unable to provide prepaid shipping label. Customers are responsible for obtaining and paying for their own return shipping labels due to high shipping cost of Area Rugs.

To receive a full refund, the original item MUST be in new condition and returned without:

_ Pet dander or fur
_ Dirt or grass stains
_ Signs of wear, washing, or improper care
_ Damage or stains
_ Chairs must be disassembled completely (if applicable)

All returned items are thoroughly inspected, and any item(s) returned in a condition deemed as no longer sellable will not be refunded.

Note: Returned item(s) must be shipped back in the original packaging or similar packaging that will prevent item(s) from damage while in transport.

All refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used during purchase.

30 Days Refund/Replacement Policy

We offer FULL refund/FREE replacement for these following cases:
1- Item received is defective, damaged, broken or does not work properly
2- Item received is different from the description or the product customization information.
Please allow the 20% difference between advertised images and the actual item you received as sometimes advertised images may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display.
Also for blankets,the placement of the prints maybe slightly different than the photos due to manual placement process.
3- Incorrect size
4- Loss/Missing item

The following reasons are NOT covered by our 30 days Refund & Replacement policy.
1- Request for a refund/replacement after 30 days of product deliver
2- Choose the wrong size or customization
3- Product damaged by misuse, mishandling or poor maintenance
4- Product has been washed, worn , used
5- Personal reasons: change mind, no need...
