All items are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we print that item just for you, one at a time for the best quality!
It depends on the types of products our factory produces, depending on their sizes and materials. As follows:
- Blankets PRINTED IN USA, AUSTRALIA & VIETNAM
- Produced & shipped from the USA ( USA + Canada Orders ), AUSTRALIA ( AUS orders ) , VIETNAM ( international orders )
- Production Time: All orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days.
- Processing Time: It takes 1 - 2 days to ship your order to our warehouse, put your name and address on it and ship out.
- Shipping Time: Shipments within the USA take 2 - 8 days. Typically it takes up to 7 - 14 business days to arrive at an international address. This time is from the date that it is shipped out, not the day the order is placed.
- Metal Signs PRINTED & SHIP FROM USA
- Production Time: All orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days.
- Processing Time: It takes 1 - 2 days to ship your order to our warehouse, put your name and address on it and ship out.

- Shipping Time: You will receive your order in the USA from 5 - 11 business days and in other countries from 10 - 16 business days. This time is from the date that it is shipped out, not the day the order is placed.

- The above time frame is only applied for orders to the US with standard shipping methods.
- The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
- International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
- For order including Canvas/ Poster: Cannot be delivered to PO Box. Product will be shipped separately to ensure safe delivery. Free shipping policies are not applied.
- When order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your package all the way home.

How do you ship packages?
Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through DHL express and USPS.
Packages from our warehouse in Asia and Europe will be shipped by DHL or ePacket depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there is some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive at your country.
