Our support team will review the photos/videos you send of the defective item and, if your item is eligible, we will resend the product to you for no additional cost to you. Any Non-Personalized RUGS purchased from amorcustomgift.com can be returned for a full refund MINUS 20% restocking fee within 30 days of the delivery date.
* At this time, we are unable to provide prepaid shipping label. Customers are responsible for obtaining and paying for their own return shipping labels due to high shipping cost of Area Rugs.
To receive a full refund, the original item MUST be in new condition and returned without:

_ Dirt or grass stains
_ Signs of wear, washing, or improper care
_ Damage or stains
_ Chairs must be disassembled completely (if applicable)
